2010 Fashion Trends

The biggest trend of Fall Winter 2009 2010 season: the ’80s style - is making a definite comeback.

All collections regarding Fall 2009 are extremely colorful - including neon orange, hot pink, cobalt blue, shades of green and yellow and more; purples, teals and deeper blues, cranberries and reds were also used in many fashion shows.

Strong shoulders and shoulder pads are a must haves in this season. Big-shoulder clothes, very much inspired by the ’80s, make your posture seem stronger and slims the waist.

The slim silhouette is timeless - that’s why many designers played with proportions, contrasts, textures and lines in order to create the perfect figure.

Leather has its own comeback this season, so feel free to slip into a pair of dark leather pants or a shiny leather skirt this Fall.

Prints are still trendy - for Fall 2009, black and white mix together greatly in prints little less abstract.

Opaque tights were present in almost all fashion collections.
